We have the blueprint to fix the broken data economy. Now, we're building the team to make it a reality.

We're Ace C. and Austin F., the founding team behind Pandacea. We've designed the complete blueprint for a new protocol to re-architect the data economy around user ownership. Our vision is validated by the extensive research on this site, the technical whitepaper is complete, and the operational plan is ready. The strategic foundation is laid, but a mission this critical requires a full team.

We are looking for founding partners to help bring it to life.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a foundational piece of the next internet.

Seeking a Technical Co-Founder / Lead Engineer

Who you are:

You're a senior engineer or architect who is passionate about decentralized systems, privacy-enhancing tech, and open-source development. You aren't just looking for a job; you want to build something meaningful from scratch and have true ownership over the technology.

The Role:

You will be the technical heart of Pandacea. You'll lead the architecture of the protocol, write the first lines of code for the MyData Agent, and build the smart contracts that will power the new economy. You will make the core technical decisions that shape the future of the project.

Seeking a Community & Governance Architect

Who you are:

You live and breathe online communities. You understand how to build movements, foster healthy discussion, and design governance systems that empower people. You believe that a protocol's success depends as much on its community as its code.

The Role:

You will be the soul of Pandacea. You'll build our community from the ground up, manage our communications, and lead the design of our DAO and governance structures. You will ensure Pandacea becomes a true, community-owned public utility.

A New Playbook for Builders

The current monetization model is broken. Pandacea offers a fundamental shift—from fighting for user attention to collaborating in value creation.

The Old Playbook: The Attention Economy

Developers are forced to rely on inefficient advertising, where as little as 36 cents of every dollar reaches them. This creates a conflict: you must interrupt your users' experience to stay afloat, and you take on massive legal risks by using data you don't have clear rights to.

The Pandacea Playbook: The Value Creation Economy

Focus on building an exceptional, ad-free product. The high-quality, verifiably-consented data generated by your engaged users becomes the asset. Our protocol's smart contracts automatically direct 70% of the revenue from every data lease directly to you, while our "trust-by-proof" consent mechanism provides a legal safe harbor.

Designed for Every Kind of Builder

For App Developers

Create superior, ad-free applications that users love. Your funding comes directly from the ethical and transparent value of the data your community generates together.

For the Agent-First Economy

Enable your robots, drones, and AI agents to participate in the economy. They can buy the data they need to learn and sell the valuable sensory data they collect, creating entirely new business models.

Building the Trust Layer for the Next Trillion-Dollar Economy

The Problem

The current model is a dead end. It exploits users, creates massive liability for developers, and stifles the very innovation it claims to support.

The Solution

The core idea is to turn data into labor. Pandacea is a protocol that allows individuals to license their data with verifiable consent. It creates a 'trust-by-proof' system where privacy is a mathematical guarantee, not a policy promise. It realigns incentives, turning users into partners and data into a form of dignified labor.

Protocol Architecture

A visual blueprint of the trust layer for the human-centered data economy.

🧍 User / Data Producer Zone

Individual User

Generates and owns their personal data.

Apps & Services

Built by developers, these apps generate valuable, contextual data with user consent.

Enterprises & Silos

Organizations can ethically and safely leverage their existing data silos.

MyData Agent App

User's sovereign datasite & digital guardian on their device.

Key Management: Uses device's Secure Enclave for non-custodial key storage.
Policy Engine (OPA): Enforces user-defined rules for data access.
PySyft Node: Acts as a computation node. Raw data never leaves the device.

🔗 Pandacea Protocol Zone (The Trust Layer)

Storage & Identity Layer

IPFS/Filecoin: Decentralized storage for encrypted user data.
Ceramic Network: Manages mutable user profiles & identity.

Privacy & Computation (PySyft)

"Trust-by-Proof" engine for verifiable privacy.

Federated Learning (FL): For cohort-level analysis. Only aggregated model updates are shared.
Secure Multi-Party Computation (SMPC): For high-assurance validation in Decentralized Data Clean Rooms.

Identity & Consent

Creates an immutable, auditable trail of consent.

DIDs & Verifiable Credentials (VCs): User cryptographically signs a VC to approve each data lease, providing a legal "safe harbor".

Settlement & Economic Layer

Polygon PoS: Low-cost, high-throughput settlement for all on-chain transactions.
Royalty Distributor Contract: Automates 70/30 revenue splits for enriched data products.

🏢 Data Consumer / Market Zone

Data Buyers & Enrichers

AI Developers, Researchers, and Enterprises who need high-quality, consented data.

Buyer-Side Agent

Automates data sourcing and negotiation using Agent-based Computational Economics (ACE).

Query Formulation: Translates human data needs into machine-readable queries.
Seller Discovery: Finds and vets data producers based on reputation.
Automated Negotiation: Engages with MyData Agents to agree on terms for a data lease.

This Isn't Just a Dream. It's a Plan.

We have thoroughly researched the technical, economic, and social frameworks required to make Pandacea a reality. The documents below contain the complete blueprint for the protocol.

The Problem: An Evidence-Based Analysis

"Did you know poor data quality costs the U.S. economy an estimated $3.1 trillion annually? Our research identifies the five converging crises—technical, copyright, economic, labor, and social—that make a new model necessary."

The Vision: A Blueprint for a Human-Centered Data Economy

"This document outlines our answer: a new, reciprocal social contract built on the principle of Informational Labor, where every individual is compensated fairly for their contribution to the digital world."

Refining the Decentralization Strategy

This week, I completed a deep dive into the governance models of MakerDAO and ENS. The key takeaway is the necessity of a phased transition with a community-elected Security Council acting as a safeguard in the early stages. This is a crucial detail that will be baked into our own roadmap to ensure stability and build community trust from day one.

It's not enough to just hand over the keys; we have to build the institutional capacity for the community to succeed. The Security Council model provides a safety net during the transition while maintaining transparency and community oversight. This approach has proven successful in both MakerDAO and ENS, giving us confidence in our own implementation.
