We're Ace C. and Austin F., the founding team behind Pandacea. We've designed the complete blueprint for a new protocol to re-architect the data economy around user ownership. Our vision is validated by the extensive research on this site, the technical whitepaper is complete, and the operational plan is ready. The strategic foundation is laid, but a mission this critical requires a full team.
You're a senior engineer or architect who is passionate about decentralized systems, privacy-enhancing tech, and open-source development. You aren't just looking for a job; you want to build something meaningful from scratch and have true ownership over the technology.
You will be the technical heart of Pandacea. You'll lead the architecture of the protocol, write the first lines of code for the MyData Agent, and build the smart contracts that will power the new economy. You will make the core technical decisions that shape the future of the project.
See the Technical VisionYou live and breathe online communities. You understand how to build movements, foster healthy discussion, and design governance systems that empower people. You believe that a protocol's success depends as much on its community as its code.
You will be the soul of Pandacea. You'll build our community from the ground up, manage our communications, and lead the design of our DAO and governance structures. You will ensure Pandacea becomes a true, community-owned public utility.
See the Governance VisionThe current monetization model is broken. Pandacea offers a fundamental shift—from fighting for user attention to collaborating in value creation.
Developers are forced to rely on inefficient advertising, where as little as 36 cents of every dollar reaches them. This creates a conflict: you must interrupt your users' experience to stay afloat, and you take on massive legal risks by using data you don't have clear rights to.
Focus on building an exceptional, ad-free product. The high-quality, verifiably-consented data generated by your engaged users becomes the asset. Our protocol's smart contracts automatically direct 70% of the revenue from every data lease directly to you, while our "trust-by-proof" consent mechanism provides a legal safe harbor.
Create superior, ad-free applications that users love. Your funding comes directly from the ethical and transparent value of the data your community generates together.
Enable your robots, drones, and AI agents to participate in the economy. They can buy the data they need to learn and sell the valuable sensory data they collect, creating entirely new business models.
The current model is a dead end. It exploits users, creates massive liability for developers, and stifles the very innovation it claims to support.
The core idea is to turn data into labor. Pandacea is a protocol that allows individuals to license their data with verifiable consent. It creates a 'trust-by-proof' system where privacy is a mathematical guarantee, not a policy promise. It realigns incentives, turning users into partners and data into a form of dignified labor.
A visual blueprint of the trust layer for the human-centered data economy.
Generates and owns their personal data.
Built by developers, these apps generate valuable, contextual data with user consent.
Organizations can ethically and safely leverage their existing data silos.
User's sovereign datasite & digital guardian on their device.
"Trust-by-Proof" engine for verifiable privacy.
Creates an immutable, auditable trail of consent.
AI Developers, Researchers, and Enterprises who need high-quality, consented data.
Automates data sourcing and negotiation using Agent-based Computational Economics (ACE).
We have thoroughly researched the technical, economic, and social frameworks required to make Pandacea a reality. The documents below contain the complete blueprint for the protocol.
"Did you know poor data quality costs the U.S. economy an estimated $3.1 trillion annually? Our research identifies the five converging crises—technical, copyright, economic, labor, and social—that make a new model necessary."
Read the full analysis →"This document outlines our answer: a new, reciprocal social contract built on the principle of Informational Labor, where every individual is compensated fairly for their contribution to the digital world."
Read the full vision document →"Read the full architecture, from the user's sovereign MyData Agent to our 'trust-by-proof' privacy model enabled by integrating OpenMined's PySyft library. This is how we provide mathematical guarantees, not just policy promises."
Read the full whitepaper →This project is currently in the pre-build, recruitment phase. The immediate focus is on assembling the founding team to turn this research into a reality.
This week, I completed a deep dive into the governance models of MakerDAO and ENS. The key takeaway is the necessity of a phased transition with a community-elected Security Council acting as a safeguard in the early stages. This is a crucial detail that will be baked into our own roadmap to ensure stability and build community trust from day one.
It's not enough to just hand over the keys; we have to build the institutional capacity for the community to succeed. The Security Council model provides a safety net during the transition while maintaining transparency and community oversight. This approach has proven successful in both MakerDAO and ENS, giving us confidence in our own implementation.
